Mid week pamper session

Sometimes you just can't wait for the weekend for a pampering session. If your having a bad week this is a great way for you to unwind! My week has been some what hectic so was nice to have some me time.

I start by having a shower.Sadly I don't have room for a bath where I live so I have to make do with a shower for now! I have been loving the Radox shower smoothies collection which has tiny seeds in to lightly exfoliate my skin while still leaving my skin feeling squeaky clean. I find this is the perfect balance between my trusty soap and glory flake away and a normal shower gel. I have added in Soap and Glory Flake away for times when my skin needs a bit more of a nudge in the right direction. I then wash my hair with my trusty Tony and Guy Cleanse shampoo and nourish conditioner which I leave on for 10 mins wrapped up in a towel.

Once that's done I use my Claudalie Divine Oil. It’s a blend of four oils including grape, hibiscus, sesame and argan oils. When I first used this product I could immediately feel the difference. The bottle has a spray applicator which is a winner in my eyes as it cuts out any pouring and wastage. I spray on the oil and rub into my skin again in circular motions, it doesn’t leave the skin feeling oily nor does it make me break out, which I found to be the case with some other oils I have tried.

I then remove any nail varnish which I am wearing and buff my nails with this 4 way buffer. Which was only a £1 and does an amazing job. I received Nails Inc St James from this months Glossy box which was a great addition to my ever growing nail polish collection.

After all this is done I then wash out my conditioner and let my hair dry naturally to minimize the amount of heat being applied to my hair and whack on some of my Soap and Glory Heels genesis just before getting into bed

How have your weeks been?
