Cateye!

Step 1 - Apply a Gold cream base, I used  a 24 hour tattoo to 2/3 to the inner eye 

Step 2 - Using a angled brush apply black eye shadow through the crease and extend outwards to a point and join back to the lash line. 
Step 3 - Fill in with a black eye shadow 

Step 4 - Blend 

Step 5 - Take the black eye shadow under the eye

Step 6 - Apply eye liner to the lower water line

Step 7 - Add Mascara
